The chain plate assembly line conveyor is a conveying equipment that uses the chain plate as the load-bearing surface and is powered by a motor reducer. The chain plate conveyor line is composed of power equipment (motor), transmission shaft, drum, tensioning equipment (tension rod), sprocket, chain, bearings, lubricants, chain plates, etc. The first two parts of transporting animal feed are the chain, which uses its cyclic motion to provide traction power; Metal plate (plastic plate) serves as the carrier during transportation. By using multiple parallel chain plates, the chain plate assembly line can be made very wide and form a differential speed. By utilizing multiple parallel chain plates without squeezing, it can be transformed into a single column transportation to meet the requirements of single column transportation for beverage labeling, filling, cleaning, and other equipment. We can create overlapping mixed chains at the head and tail of the two chain plate conveyors to keep the bottle (can) body in a dynamic and excessive state, so that no materials are trapped on the transportation line, Satisfied with the pressure and pressure free transportation of empty and solid bottles.

1. The centerline of the rack and the longitudinal centerline of the chain conveyor are required to overlap, with a deviation of ≤ 2mm.

2. The vertical deviation of the pillar of the chain conveyor frame from the installation ground is ≤ 2mm/m.

3. The horizontal deviation of the two adjacent supports of the chain conveyor is ≤ 2mm, and the horizontal deviation of the supports is ≤ 1mm/m.

4. The deviation of the longitudinal centerline distance between the track and the chain conveyor is ≤ 1mm.

5. The rail gauge deviation of the chain conveyor is ≤ 2mm.

6. The straightness deviation of the chain conveyor track is ≤ 1.5mm/m; The straightness deviation of the entire length should be ≤ 5mm, and the curved section of the track should be uniform and smooth.

7. Within the same cross-section, the relative elevation deviation between the two tracks of the chain conveyor is ≤ ± 2mm.

8. Welding is allowed on the track, but the joints of the chain conveyor should be smooth and smooth, with a deviation of ≤ ± 1mm from the left to the right; The upper and lower offset deviation is ≤ 0.3mm (only allowed to lower downwards along the running direction of the chain plate).

9. The axis of the chain conveyor motor should be parallel to the axis of the reducer input shaft, and the pulley should be in the same plane.

10. The verticality deviation between the axis of the active sprocket of the chain conveyor and the centerline of the chain conveyor is ≤ 1mm/m; The deviation between the transverse center of the two sprockets and the centerline of the entire machine is ≤ 1mm.

11. The verticality deviation between the axis of the tail wheel of the chain conveyor and the centerline of the chain conveyor is ≤ 1mm/m; The deviation between the transverse center of the two sprockets and the centerline of the entire machine is ≤ 1mm

12. The horizontal deviation of the tail wheel shaft of the chain conveyor is ≤ 1mm/m.

13. The verticality deviation between the centerline of the roller shaft on the chain plate conveyor and the centerline of the conveyor is ≤ 1mm/m.

14. The installation levelness deviation of the roller shaft of the chain conveyor is ≤ 1mm.

15. The busbar under the roller of the chain conveyor should be on the same horizontal plane, and the height deviation of the busbar under the adjacent two rollers should be ≤ 1mm.
